About 300 employees at Convergys call centre in south Winnipeg were evacuated about 5 p.m. [Jun 28 evening] after a bomb threat was phoned in.Emergency crews were called to the building at 14 Fultz Blvd. after Convergys received a threatening phone call from an external line.
Staff waited across the street for more than an hour as police and managers swept the building. [emphasis added]
